Q. Whats your damage policy?
A. Loss/theft of items is covered by your travel insurance. Normal wear is expected; hold items can be protected with an optional travel case.
Q. How do I return my items?
A. We offer UK-wide delivery and collection, including prepaid return. Either drop them off yourself at a DPD Pickup Shop with the pre-paid returns label or have them collected directly from your delivery address.
Q. How clean are your items?
A. All items are professionally cleaned and sanitised after each hire.
Q. Whats your cancelation policy?
A. Bookings can be canceled for a full refund up to 7 days prior to your rental start date.
Q. When is the cut off point for deliveries?
A. All orders will be shipped the next working day on a 1-day DPD delivery service.
