Returns and Cancellations Policy
Cancellation Policy:
- Trip Tots allows for a full refund on cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the commencement of the rental period. Cancellations must be communicated and confirmed with Trip Tots within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days prior to commencement will be eligible for store credit up to the full value of their original order.
Returns Policy:

The equipment will continue to accrue rental charges until it has been returned.

The obligation to return the equipment at the conclusion of the rental period lies with the Hirer, who must ensure it is returned to the designated location.

Instructions for returning the equipment will be provided via email to the Hirer. It is required that the equipment be returned to Trip Tots by the final day of the rental agreement, unless an earlier return has been mutually agreed upon.

Late returns of equipment will result in a daily fee of £25 for each item, commencing the day following the agreed return date as specified in the rental confirmation.

In the event that the equipment is not returned, Trip Tots retains the right to undertake all necessary measures to retrieve and repossess the equipment. Such measures may include, but are not limited to, involvement of law enforcement agencies and legal action.

Should the equipment be returned before the end of the rental period for any reason, no refunds will be issued for the time not used.
